At Tactical Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your item, we offer exchanges only.

No Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds. All purchases made through our store are final sale. Customers may only request an exchange for another item.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or the order number must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for exchange.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
